3 days Tour from fes: Plan
Day 1: Fes – Midelt – Merzouga
Our private 3 Days tour from Fes starts in the morning by heading to Ifrane, which is a beautiful mountain village, called often Switzerland of Morocco. We will stop near the cedar forest in the middle of the Atlas Mountains where you can watch monkeys enjoying their freedom. We continue our trip to Azrou -a Berber village in the largest cedar forest in Morocco. Then we visit the city of Midelt famous for its minerals and cool weather in the summertime. We’ll travel along Ziz Valley, then we visit Erfoud and its fossils products. In Rissani we can visit the local souk and have Berber pizza. Later we arrive at the Merzouga desert and we stay this night in a desert hotel just in front of the dunes.
Day 2: Merzouga desert 4×4 tour & Camel trekking
The second day, of our private Morocco 3 days tour from Fes, will be dedicated to exploring the Sahara desert by 4×4 vehicle. After breakfast, we will make a tour around the dunes and we will visit some oases in the desert, also Khamlia village, which is famous for its music – the Gnawa music. Later on our private Morocco tour, we will visit Berber nomads in the desert and spend a short time with them. Then we ride camels into the desert and we spend this night in desert camp in tents. Day 3 : Merzouga – Marrakech
On the last day of our 3 days tour from Fes, in the early morning, we watch the desert sunrise in Merzouga, climb high dunes, and then return by dromedaries to the village. After breakfast, we drive towards Marrakech. We pass Rissani, Agdez and we arrive at Ouarzazate. Then we drive to Marrakech where our tour finishes.
