How much you see on arrival depends on your pickup or arrival time.
Asilah to Rabat
Day 2 follows the Atlantic coast to Rabat, a UNESCO World Heritage city, with time for its historical landmarks.
Proposed visits include the Kasbah of the Udayas, the Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V; any entrance fees are extra.

A guided interior visit of the mosque depends on tickets and its own schedule, and is not included by default.
Casablanca to Essaouira
Day 4 is the drive south to Essaouira on the Atlantic coast, arriving in time to walk the harbour and medina.
Essaouira's medina is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Essaouira to Marrakech
Day 5 gives you time in Essaouira, depending on your departure time, before the drive inland to Marrakech for three nights.
Guided tour of Marrakech
Day 6 is a guided tour of Marrakech's historic landmarks, medina and souks.
UNESCO describes the main square as
"Place Jamaâ El Fna, a veritable open-air theatre."— UNESCO World Heritage Centre, Medina of Marrakesh
The guide is included; entrance tickets and optional activities are paid separately.
Ourika Valley day excursion
Day 7 is a day excursion from Marrakech into the Ourika Valley in the Atlas foothills, returning to Marrakech in the evening.

Marrakech to the Dadès Gorges via Aït Ben Haddou and Ouarzazate
Day 8 crosses the High Atlas to Aït Ben Haddou, passes through Ouarzazate, and continues to the Dadès Gorges, a substantial driving and sightseeing day.
UNESCO describes Aït Ben Haddou as
"a striking example of the architecture of southern Morocco."— UNESCO World Heritage Centre, Ksar of Ait-Ben-Haddou
It is quoted here because it is the main heritage stop on the way south; entrance fees are extra.
Dadès Gorges to Merzouga via the Todra Gorge
Day 9 follows the Todra Gorge east to Merzouga, where your first of two nights in the desert area begins.
The Moroccan National Tourist Office calls Merzouga
"one of the gates of the Sahara"— Moroccan National Tourist Office (Visit Morocco), Errachidia-Midelt-Merzouga

UNESCO notes that Fes has kept its status as
"the country's cultural and spiritual centre."— UNESCO World Heritage Centre, Medina of Fez
