If your flight arrives early enough, you can visit the Hassan II Mosque on the seafront (optional; interior visits follow the mosque's own schedule).
Casablanca to Rabat
Day 2 is a short tour of Casablanca and the drive up the coast to Rabat, Morocco's capital, for sightseeing and the night.
Rabat is a UNESCO World Heritage city. You visit the Kasbah of the Udayas, the Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and pass the Royal Palace (exterior) and the modern town.
Rabat to Fes via Meknes and Volubilis
Day 3 is the drive from Rabat to Fes, visiting the imperial city of Meknes and the Roman ruins of Volubilis on the way.

You see the Qarawiyyin and Andalusian mosques from outside (they are closed to non-Muslim visitors), the Nejjarine fountain, the Batha Palace museum, the Chouara tanneries, Souk Attarine, Bab Boujloud, the Mellah and the Royal Palace gates, then climb to the North or South Tower at sunset.
